1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 A S S I G N M E N T KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned corporation, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS (f10,00) to it in hand paid, and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged has sold and assigned* and does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set over unto B, H, NICHOLAS and CALVIN M, CORY (an undivided one-half interest as to each, without right of survivorship), all of its right, title, and interest in and to those certain refunds of revenue and the. right to receive such refunds of revenue as provided in Section 1 of Article II of that certain agreement identified as ttNML.D. 2749, Audit No, 10731, dated the 4th day of December, 1953, between the undersigned corporation and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, covering the installation of water lines in Hyde Park Subdivision No, 3, in the City of Las Vegas; and the undersigned corporation hereby authorizes and directs the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, or its successor, the Las Vegas Valley Water District, or either of them, to pay to said B.
