Our conservation program was very successful last year and I have again been offered the full cooper* atlon of the City officials and the press. the Chief of Police yesterday, they agreed to employ an additional uniformed officer during the summer months to be assigned the duties of enforcing the City Ordinance prohibiting the waste of water.
