executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 7408, dated July 12, 1946, with Richfield Oil Corporation, amending, effective as of April 2, 1945, license agreement Audit No. 9987, dated June 2, 1939, with said Company, expiring April 23, 1949, covering construction, maintenance and operation of 2-1/2” dry gas line upon premises of this Company between Cherry and Walnut Avenues, Long Beach, Calif., as follows; 1 - Annual rental shall be ^39.79 instead of $61«20 during remainder of the term of said agreement; 2 - All rights granted under said agreement Audit No. 9987 with respect to the portion of said pipe line located in Lot 12, American Colony Tract, are terminated; 3 - Said license agreement Audit No. 9987, as amended, to remain in full force and effect during remainder of term; be, and the.same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 7409, dated July 12, 1946, with Richfield Oil Corporation, amending, effective as of April 2, 1945, agreement Audit No. 10202, dated June 12, 1942, with said Company, expiring June 8, 1947, covering construction, maintenance ' and operation of 2-1/2” waste water line upon premises of this Company between Cherry and Walnut Avenues, Long Beach, Calif., as follows: 1 - Annual rental shall be $39.79 instead of $61.20 during remainder of the term of said agreement; -3-
