W» COCHRAN, whose address is 1029 Canosa Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all his right, title and interest in and to that certain 8 and 6M cast iron water line in location described in Article I, Section 1, of that agreement between the parties hereto (identified as **N"L.D, 2803), together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said water lines. The said L. W. COCHRAN warrants that he is the owner of the said 8n and 6" water line and connecting valves, fittings, and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and he will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
