W. Smith and K. N. Chandler, Co-partners, doing business under the firm name of Smith & Chandler, Lessees, covering signboard site, located on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada;’ rental $>37.50 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon ten days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. No. 5742, dated July 18, 1944, terminating effective July 1, 1944, lease Audit No. 10272, dated January 26, 1944, expiring Sept. 30, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and San Diego Fruit & Produce Company, Lessee, covering northerly 100 ft, of the southerly 300 ft. of Vegetable Shed No. 3, Los Angeles, Calif-,, for storing, packing and shipping of produce; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
