V c. Approximately 40 LF of 6” cast iron fire hydrant connections; to serve Beverly Green Tract No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of revenue received by it from consumers located within said Beverly Green Tract No. 3, Las Vegas, Nev. taking direct service from water mains so installed, for a period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid agreed-upon sum of $14,679.00, whichever first occurs; 3 - Company to own said water mains; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Bill-of-Sale, Title Guarantee and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement "N”L.D. 2796, dated March 27, 1954, between LVL&WCo., called ’’Company*1, and Desert Park, Inc., called ’’Subdivider”, providing; 1 - Subdivider, at its expense, to furnish all necessary materials and labor and construct; a. Approximately 1,895 LF of 6” cast iron water mains, b. Approximately 20 LF of 6” cast iron fire hydrant connections, to serve Blocks 1, 3, 4 and 5 of Desert Park Subdivision No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of revenue received by it from customers located in Blocks 1, 3, 4 and 5, inclusive, Desert Park Subdivision No. 3, taking direct service from water mains so installed for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation or until -9-
