Jurden - Los Angeles) Referring to my telegram B-470, June 2, authorizing you to award oontraet to Rosooe Moss Gaspany, for drilling standby well at Las Vegas under Work Order 5294. You now have copy of Mr. Bennett*s letter of June 6, relative to our application for ohange of point of diversion of 2.5 ofs of water from well Ho* 1 to shop grounds, which is going to involve a delay of some 60 days beyond the initial application until we oould commence actual drilling. Please promptly advise what proportion of the allocation it is desired to transfer to the new shop well; also submit 5 prints showing definite location of the new well, with sufficient detail to accompany our application. * In view of the delay, you should advise Roscoe Moss Company and ascertain whether or not it will make any ohange in their bid of $20.00 per ft. for the first 300 ft., and $19.15 per ft. for depth beyond 300 ft.
