ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Commissioner Peccole moved that the bid of Wells Cargo, Inc. in the No. 100-3 total amount of $17,330.25 on the installation of street improvement Award of Bids in Assessment District No. 100-3, being the low bid, be accepted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. Commissioner Peccole moved that the bid of Albright’s Courtesy Electric in the total mount of $6,851.25 for the installation of the electrolier improvement in Assessment District No. 100-3, being the low bid, be accepted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin.
