Reinhardt Los Angeles Los Angeles) Referring to Work Order 5294 covering the proposed construction of new water tank at Las Vegas. Presume you are proceeding with excavation and the erection of forms for foundation. Mr. Perkins has advised that anchor bolts were shipped from Kansas City December 11. and reinforcing steel was delivered to Los Angeles freight house for shipment to Las Vegas,December 23. You should follow through on these shipments to Las Vegas and see that foundation Is progressed to completion promptly so that the Darby Corporation »who have contract to erect the tank *will not be delayed as they are planning on starting the erection work February 1, 1954. same April 15, 1954. and completing
