Giilett and Vernon Lee and Ethel Lee___________ . hereby Sells, Transfers, and Assigns to Lee Construction Company, Inc. all of its right, title and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of / Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to be made pursuant to Section 2, Article II, of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated the 26thday of J u n e 19 52 , identified as "N " L .D. 2590 ___________, and Las Vegas Valley Plater District, Assignee of the undersigned hereby expressly authorize- and requests the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to make all payments required by said Section 2 Article II, of said Agreement to the Lee Construction Company, In c.----- This Assignment is irrevocable except by mutual agreement by H. R. Giilett & Raacha F . Giiett „ . the Vernon Lee &t Ethel Lee_____________ and Lee Construction Company, Inc. and the revocation thereof as herein provided shall not be bindingmpon the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of Valley v/ater District /L a s Vegas Land and Water Company until said Las Vegas ,s given written notice of such revocation.
