Nevada. incident to rearrangement and reconstruction of water linos pursuant to AgreementAudit iOM05 dated June 1, 1953* between LAASL Rft Go, BP m Co, LVL4V Co, and Las Vegas Valley Water District, the latter found it neeeeeary to oonetruet e valve box etruoture in ite Sonants Hoad feodor line. It now dovelope that the etruoture, whioh is located on the quarter line of Section 29 Just west of B. 8, High* way 95, extends beyond the Mater Pietriot pipe line easement, and the District requests RR Co to grant saasmsnt for the enoroaohment in lo­cation as indicated in yellow on the attached print. The etruoture is located within the area proposed to be reserved for tho westerly extension of Sonants Hoad. Recommend approval in whioh Hoeere. Reinhardt and Bates eon-our and Mr. Bennott teas no legal objection. Anticipating approval, attaohed for execution on behalf of the HR Co, arc original, approval copy and three extra copies of proposed Basement HLD Mo. 299$ which has been executed on behalf of the Laa Vegas Valley Mater Plstrlot. Our Law Department advises this dosumsnt may be executed on behalf of tho Railroad Companies by tho President, pursuant to m a s « 56 L.
