% LAS VEGAS LAND AMD WATER COMPANY Southern California Gas Company 1-703 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing rider C.L.D. 6743-5, dated July 28, 1965 extending to and including September, 1970 term of agreement Audit 10334, dated October 1, 1945, expiring by latest extension September 30, 1965, subject to revocation by sixty days written notice, consideration $32.00 per annum payable in advance, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Southern California Gas Company, (one fourth interest in which was assigned effective November 7, 1945, to Southern Counties Gas Company of Cali­fornia,) granting license to construct, use and maintain a 26-inch steel pipeline for the conveyance of gas along and across this Company’s property in Lot 16, Union Pacific Tract, East Yard, Los Angeles, California, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
