Dear Sir: deferring to your letter December 29th, file BD 20-1-4, regarding seven bills collectible covering taxes on property being purchased by various individuals It was our impression that the taxes would be billed against the individual accounts of the persons purchasing these company cottages, and that copies of the bills were being sent us to be placed with each sep­arate file, as has been the custom in previous years.
