147 Director Fayle suggested that the Manager be authorized to obtain prices on property in that area. However, the Manager felt that it would be better to carry on negotiations through a real estate agent in order not to advertise the District's interest in the property. A motion was then made by Director,Foyle, seconded by Director Pico, and approved by the seven Directors present, that the Manager be authorized to proceed to obtain prices on property along Flamingo Road through a real estate agent. - A D J O U R N M E N T There being.no further business before the Board, a motion was made by Director W em er, seconded by Director Pico, and unanimously approved, that the meeting be adfoumed at 10:25 p. m.
