Reinhardt* I hand you herewith copy of the proposed official statement respecting the Las Vegas Valley Water District bond issue which is to be printed up as a prospectus. There are certain matters still to be inserted, especially with respect to maturity dates of bonds, some exhibits, etc., but otherwise I think it is pretty well in final form.
