Peart - Omaha This refers to your letter of February 18, 1953 File BD*i-8, concerning closeout data for WO 711 covering construction of water main to serve Hardy Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada! In reviewing Contract No, 2643, Agreement between LYL&WCo, and S,L* Hardy, I find that under Article 2 , paragraph 1 , of said contract, it is stipulated that re­fund shall begin as of the date the Agreement was signed. The Agreement was signed on the 26th day of January, 1953# In view of this I feel that payments on this contract should start as of February 1, 1953 to run for a period of 10 years, not to exceed the agreed cost of construction of said water main, which is |1088,00, MED:sn L,H* Maag
