In connection with the new construction of certain of the bigger pipe lines, the proposed contract, on Page 25, refers to a 39-inch concrete pipe line, a 24-inch cast iron pipe line or concrete lined and coated steel pipe line and a 14-ineh cast iron pipe line or concrete lined and coated steel pipe line. It also makes reference to 8-inch said 6-inch cast iron pipe lines. In making your estimate, these types of pipe line should be considered. The contract is silent as to whether the dimensions of these pipe lines are inside or outside diameter.
