\ Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall cease to use the said land as a site for said pumping station. Within ninety (90) days after the title to said land shall revert to the Grantor, its suc­cessors or assigns, upon the happening of said pondition subsequent, the Grantee, at its sole expense, shall remove said pumping station from the said land and restore the surface of the ground substan­tially to the condition existing prior to the construction of said pumping station thereon by the Grantee, IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed on its behalf the day and year first herein written by its respective officers thereunto dqly authorized.
