On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement ’’N^L.D. 2630, dated November 22, 1952, with Longley Construction Co., Inc., covering the con­struction and laying of approximately 3160 feet of 6n cast iron water mains, to serve Moss Tract No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada; con­sideration $4,100.00, plus' actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement ”N nL.D. 2636, dated December 6, 1952, with Longley Construction Co., Inc., covering construc­tion and laying of approximately 3570 feet of 6” and 8” cast iron water pipe to serve Blocks 2, 6 and 7 of Tract No. 1 and Block 6 of Tract No. 2, Boulder Dam Homesites Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $7,525.00, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
