Mr. A. C. Ritter: r a Confirming our telephone conversation today: Mr. E. C. Harrington, Yice-President of the National Powdered Metals, Inc., a Nevada corporation, Called at the office yesterday and requested a 2-acre site on spur trackage for processing his product. He says the powdered metal is used for Jet fuel and has been tested by the Army and Navy; he plans to erect a pilot plant here and after he is in operation he ex­pects to ship 5 care per month to the Ford Company at kos Angeles for use in manufacturing automobiles. I do not know of any site here that would be available for that purpose, nor am I able to determine whether the firm has any financial backing. Las Yegas - September 1?, 19^8 A. M. Folger
