LAS VEGAS LAND AND MATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Westwood Ceramic On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C. L. D. 15377-3, Deed granting to Westwood Ceramic Supplies, Inc*, two parcels of land described therein, at City of Industry, California, excepting minerals and mineral rights as contained in said C. L. D. No. 15377-3, and further excepting and reserving to Grantor an easement ten feet (10») in width for sewer purposes as described, property conveyed subject to: 1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1967-1968. 2. Easement for sewer line purposes as granted to County Sanitation District No. 15 of Los Angeles County, recorded in Book D-2007, page 292, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. 3. Easement for transmission and service water lines as reserved by Cross Water Company in deed re­corded in Book D-614, page 130, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. 4. Easement for flood control purposes as granted Los Angeles County Flood Control District, recorded in Book 18186, page 103, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. 5. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record. be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted ____________
