On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing Notice of Termination, dated December 20, 1941, addressed to J. R. Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, 623 Front Street, Needles, California, terminating effective December 26, 1941, lease agreement, Audit No. 9881, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and J. R. Williams, doing business as Williams Out­door Adv. Service, dated January 1, 1938, as extended to January 1, 1942, covering advertising signboard sites, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing Notice of Termination, dated December 20, 1941, addressed to J. R. Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, 623 Front Street, Needles, California, terminating effective December 26, 1941, lease agreement, Audit No. 10100, between Las Vegas Land and Water -7-
