m m Company’s Original "N"L.D. 2694 LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER C© A G B E I M E N T CONTRACT m m.l.Q70l THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the --- day f 1953, "by and "between LAS VEGAS of LAND AND WATER COMPi^NY, a ^corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company,” Party of the First Part, and LEE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., a Nevada corporation, whose place of business is 1501 Sweeney Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distribu­ting water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Eastwood Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per map recorded in Book 3, Page 84, of Plats, Clark County Recorder’s Office, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I.
