County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of. Lots No. 7 through 42, inclusive, Block 3, Tract 1, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made, application for water service to serve said tract; arid WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and,regulations.on file'with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I . .
