Tho htbOV water plant is assessed at #375*880. and its other property at $107,800. There is no assessment ef water rigite of the Railroad or LVLMT, or of the water facil­ities of the Railroad. The eosts of the acquisition of lands, water right# and of existing plants and ef the construction of additional facilities would be covered by bonds of the district payable solely from operating revenues.
