Schurman Enclosed please find a copy of Application for Permission to Change Point of Diversion, Manner of Use and Place of Use of the Public Waters of the State of Nevada Heretofore Appropriated, which is being forward to the State Engineer's Office this date. Also enclosed please find a copy of the map prepared by Jack K. Leavitt, State Water Right Surveyor which was required to be forwarded with the Application. You will note that question 5 in the Application being filed indicates that the water Is being diverted in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33. This is at variance with the draft of the Application which was originally supplied to this office but an examination of our own map indicates that the point is actually, as indicated in the Application, in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4. if this is not in accordance with your understanding, will you advise me immediately.
