\ RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey and On motion duly seconded, it was Assistant Secretary S. J. How in executing easement bearing C.L.D. No. 15381, dated April 25, 1967 granting to Los Angeles County Flood Control District, for consideration of $5,150.00, an ease­ment in, over, under and across land described therein as: Parcel No. 1 - 9,641 sq. ft. Parcel No. 2 - 36,711 sq. ft. Parcel No. 3 - 6,621 sq. ft. Parcel No. 4 - 4,113 sq. ft. Parcel No. 5 - 2,358 sq. ft. being an easement for flood control purposes in, over, under and across Parcels 1, 2 and 5, and an easement for drainage purposes in, over, under and across Parcels 3 and 4, all in the County of Los Angeles, State of California; Grantor reserving right to itself, its successors and assigns to use and to permit others to use the land described for any purpose not inconsistent with the easements granted, subject to all conditions, limitations, restrictions, encumbrances or interests of any person which may affect the said land, including but not limited to the following: 1. That certain easement to County Sanitation District No. 15 of Los Angeles County for sewer line purposes, recorded in Book D-2007, page 292, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. 2. That certain easement to City of Industry for sewer line purposes, recorded in Book D-2158, page 966, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. -3-
