And whereas, the Subdivider desires to assign to A. E. Tiffany and 0. A. Bell all moneys to be paid hereafter by the Company to the Subdivider as in said Agreement provided; NOW, THEREFORE, for value received, BILTMORE HOMES, INC. / does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set over to A. E. Tiffany J and 0. A. Bell, share and share alike all moneys due or to become due pursuant to the terms of that certain Agreement described in the foregoing Recitals, and does hereby authorize and direct LAS ‘VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY to make said payments and to pay the same to A. E. Tiffany and 0. A. Bell, share and share alike.
