Keeble) The 6 Spanner Wrenches for fire hydrants at Las Vegas, W.O* 3130, were furnished by Pacific States Oast Iron Pipe Go. under P.0. 4-990-W.A., reqn. 64— 114— g, but do not fit the fire hydrants. Have arranged to have these 6 wrenches replaced by the Rich Mfg. Co. who furnished the hydrants. Purchasing Agent O.A. Keeble has requested that the 6 wrenches received from the Pacific States Go. be returned to them for credit* These wrenches are now on hand In the new Fire Pump House at Las Vegas* Will you please arrange to ship them to the Pacific States Oast Iron Pipe Co. at Provo, Utah, advising Mr* Keeble when shipped* lrm;o H.
