Bennett Burke and Wyatt, a California partnership, have made applioatlon for extension of water mains to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company under Rule 9, to serve Subdivision known as Berkley Square, Las Vegas, Nevada, and propose to commence con­struction of water mains by private contract at their own expense, on their own responsibility, within the next week or two. I era submitting herewith one copy of Subdivision map of Berkley Square on which I have indicated by colored lines the size and location of water mains which Burk© and Wyatt pro­pose to construct. Will you pleas© request Mr. Adamson to prepare at least six work order prints for ay use in requesting approval of the Water District.
