RESOLUTION U nanim ously A dopted by the N evada T ax Com m ission a t a M eeting H eld in Carson City T h is Date Whereas, A public hearing, beginning on the first Monday in January, 1914, having been held and continued from day to day, and all parties interested having been heard or afforded full oppor­tunity to be heard, either in person or by their agents or attorneys, as provided in section 3, chapter 134, Nevada Laws, 1913; and the Nevada Tax Commission having fully considered every element, and fairly weighed all evidence placed before it by which assess­m ent valuations shall be established by the said Commission on the several kinds and classes of property mentioned in section 5 of said Act; therefore, be it Resolved, That the following valuations within Nevada, including all elements named in section 5 of said Act, are hereby found for the several public utility companies enumerated herein, for assess­ment and taxation purposes for the State, counties, municipalities, and towns, for the year 1914:
