Agreement
This agreement made and [not legible] unto this the seventeenth day of June A.D. 1881 by and between Edmond Mauley, Thomas Jennings, and H. Gottfredson residents of El Dorado Town Mining District Lincoln County, State of Nevada [not legible] of the first bank and James Crowan of [not legible] placed [not legible] - of the second bank.

That this said [not legible] of the first bank do hereby convey unto [not legible] - of the second bank the Bonanza Mine, situated in said District, County, and State for the sum of one dollar and [not legible] for this payment of three hundred dollars on or before the 1st day of January A.D. 1882.
The said [not legible] agrees to pay the said sum of money as herein specified otherwise these [not legible] shall be void.
