It is further understood and agreed that pursuant to the Certificate of Appropriation issued fey the State Engineer of the State of Nevada, the LA & 3L Railroad Company under Applica­tion No, 7200, which certificate la re­corded In Book 1 of Water Appropriations at page 76# Clark County, Nevada, Records, said railroad company has the right to appropriate from the Las Vegas Artesian Basin through Well No. 1 (which well is located in the SW| of the SW$ of tho SW of Soction 29, Tp. 20 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B* & M) two and one- half - 2 -
