Bates Please refer to your letter of March 18, 195^, file 80-11, relative to the furnishing of a list of original documents to be fur­nished the District in accordance with requirements of Exhibit G of Agreement "C'L.D. 113^2 dated June 1, 1953* I have communicated with Mr. 0. M. Bates over the telephone and submit the following comments and list of original documents indi­cated in my files which in my opinion should be furnished the District under requirements of Exhibit G. 1 . Eas ements I understand that Mr. Bates will furnish you with a list of easements to be furnished. 2. Licenses The Water Company operates under a license issued by the City quarterly, but I do not believe copy of this license should be furnished the District on the sale date. One other type of license which we have is the license granted by the Railroad Company under Agreement nNML.D. 2722 covering water line constructed on Railroad property adja­cent to South Main Street between Garces and Hoover Avenues. Copy of this lioense is in Mr. Sutton's files under Audit No. 10696. There may be other licenses covering pipe lines con­structed in various parts of the city of which I have no knowledge, but in any event, if there are any licenses of this nature, they will no doubt be on file in Mr. Sutton's office. 3. Leases I understand Mr. Bates is furnishing you with a list of leases. if. Contracts We have no local contracts for construction which will be incomplete on the sale date. However, I have in mind issuing one or two labor contracts for construction work, which will probably be completed in advance of the sale date
