ASSIGNMENT 1 K5R VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned DESERT DEVELOPMENT, INC., a 2 Nevada Corporation, hereby Sells, Transfers and Assigns to C. NORMAN CORNWALL, 3 P. 0. Box 1110, Las Vegas, Nevada, all its right, title and interests in and 4 to refunds from revenue of the LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, assignee of 5 the LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, to be made pursuant to Section II, 6 Article II of that certain Agreement between DESERT DEVELOPMENT, INC., And 7 LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, assignee of LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, 8 dated May 27, 1952, identified as »N"LD 2570, and the undersigned hereby 9 expressly authorizes and requests the LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT to make 10 all payments required by said Section II, Article II of said Agreement to 11 C. NORMAN CORNWALL. 12 This Assignment is irrevocable except by mutual agreement of DESERT 13 DEVELOPMENT, INC., and C.
