We have climate for year-around outdoor work; we can build shops, etc., as cheaply as anywhere; and we are in the center of a great Indian country, untapped by the Eastern schools. Given the accommodations and I can put 250 pupils in this school in a year. Second:- Give us a specific name. I would respectfully suggest that of “Morgan Institute.” My second choice would be “Cullom Institute.” Third:- Let us have a farm- a model
