Lear Sirs: Referring to ray letter of yesterday, on the subject of extension Las Vegas townsite: There are at present unsold 31 lots in blocks 16 and 17, so-called "saloon lots", and 216 other lots, or a total of 247 lots unsold. Blocks 23, 24, 25 and 26 were reserved for company houses. the unsold lots are indicated by crosses. I hare also shown the prices for which we have sold lots during thenpast year. unsold showing prices which I think should obtain at the present time and until further notice.
