H* Cory Please refer to ftally executed Agreement *H*L.D. 27Uo dated November 10, 1953* between the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Thomas A. Campbell covering construction of water lines to serve property of Mr. Campbell*s located In Scotch Eighty Addition, Lae Vegas, Nevada. Referring to Page 1 of the above Agreement, the des­cription of said pips line which includes the location In whloh it will be constructed is shown on lines 15 to 21 Inclusive of Agreement and provides that pipe line in Ranoho Road shall be constructed approximately 18* west of the east line of Ranoho Road and extend southerly a distance of approximately 380* parallel with the center line of Ranoho Road. After signing the Agreement on the basis of location included therein, it developed that Mr. Campbell became dissatisfied with the portion of the Agreement whloh provides that pipe line shall be construeted 18* west of the east line of Ranoho Road sinos It would terminate the pipe line at a distance too far westerly of hie property comer, 1 coated at the southeast corner of Ranoho Road and Waldaan Drive and would also Involve the cutting of existing pavement In Ranoho Road. In view of the above and after discussion with me, Mr. Campbell has written the Water Company a letter dated December 16, 1953* original and two oarbons of which are attached, In which he has requested a change in the Agreement to provide that the water line in Rancho Road be constructed along a line approximately 9* west of Las Vegas * Deosaber 21, 1953
