URGA, Co-partners, with place of business at 1S00 Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada, do hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all their right, title and interest in and to that certain six inch (6n) and eight inch (Stt) cast iron water line in location described in Article 1, Section 1, of that certain agreement between the parties hereto (identified as "NWL.D. 2635), together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said water lines. The said KAY HOWARD and WILLIAM J.URGA, warrant that they are the owners of the said six inch (6W) and eight inch (8n) water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and they will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
