TE R M S AN D CONDITIONS CASH: our terms, unless otherwise expressly stipulated, are 2% cash discount if paid on or before the 20th o f the month following purchase, net if paid on or before the end of the month following purchase, and legal interest ( 6 % ) charged thereafter. Second hand material, prepaid freight, express and drayage charges net cash. All quotations and sales are F. O. B. point of ship­ment with freight: allowed to destination except on items marked with a * in our discount sheet, which items are sold F, 0 . B. shipping point only, no freight allowed. Carrier’s receipt contitutes delivery and our responsibility then ceases. Positively no claims for shortage or damage allowed unless accompanied by original expense bill properly noted by carrier’s authorized agent. All statements o f date o f shipments are estimated and we use our best efforts to ship within the time estimated. All agreements however are subject to strikes, accidents and other causes beyond our control. Orders for special goods are not sub­ject to cancellation under any circmnstances. All goods and material are carefully tested and inspected before leaving point of manufacture, but as it is impossible to always detect imperfections, the only guar­antee that is given by us or tor which we are in any way liable is to replace such goods as prove defective when used for the purpose for which manufactured, F. 0 . B. at point of delivery to carrier o f goods being replaced, or allow credit for such goods at pur price o f the goods.. N o damages or charges of any kind, either for labor, expenses or otherwise, suffered or incurred by the customer in repairing or replacing defect lve goods, or occasioned by them, will be allowed. AH sales made bv us (unless otherwise agreed in writing by an executive officer o f this company) are made subject to each and aU o f the foregoing conditions, and the placing o f order by, tor delivery of such goods or material to, the customer, or the use thereof by him, shaU be an acceptance by the customer of all said conditions.
