Stadelman, an individual^, warrants that.he is the owner of the said 6” water line and connecting N 1 valves,|! fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is frbeeer ar-iWd ci lear of al;l encum­brances including all material and labor claims\attaching thereto, and he will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same £-42
