A preliminary conference with the Chamber of Commerce, State, County, and City officials is scheduled here November 3, at which time we will discuss the subject in a general way. However, a formal hearing is to be set later on, at which time we would like to have the benefit of your advice and experience* le have a copy of the report you made a few years ago on the Las Vegas artesian supply and have brought our production and consumption up to date since that time, le feel that you are undoubtedly the best qualified to express an opinion on the subject. We would, of course, pay your personal expenses and would like to have you write me as to fee.
