10. New £xtensions ** Whenever an application for water service la received which will require the Company each customer to he served, the applicant shall enter into a contract to advance sufficient money to cover the cost of making such extension. The amount advanced shall he refund- ed quarterly to the applicant advancing the same at the rate of 35$ of the revenue received hy the Company fro® customer whose service lines connect with such extension for a period of ten years from date of completion of such extension, or until the full amount of the advance has been refunded, whichever occurs first.
