Notice [not legible] Mine 
I the undermined do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this load, lode, or ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and over to be known and described as the [not legible] Mine.
[Commencing?] at the [monument?] upon which this notice is placed and running [seven?] hundred and fifty feet in and Easterly direction and 750 feet [not legible] ib and along said Load, Lode or Ledge, or deposit of silver bearing rock and on and including three hundred feet on each side thereof, for mining and [not legible] purposes.
[The?] Claim and inland to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the Mining [Lams?] of the United States, approved on May 10th 1881 and in accordance with the Mining [not legible] of El Dorado [not legible] Mining District, [not legible] County State of Nevada.
Said mine is situated and adjoining The [not legible] Mine on the [not legible] formerly known as The Division of the Hills
