You are hereby Invited to submit on or before June 21st, 19^8, a lump sum proposal for construction of pro­posed sewer on the following basis: Contractor to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision and other facilities required to construct a complete line of sewer in accordance with the above mentioned Plans and Specifications. The engineering, alignment and grade stakes will be eet by the City of Lae Vegaa. Permits and inspection fees if any, should be included in your proposal. You will be required to carry Workmen*s Compen­sation and Public Liability & Property Damage insurance with an insurance company designated by the owner. You will also be required to furnish a bond for the full amount of y®ur proposal. Cost of premiums on above insurance and bond will be borne by the owner.
