On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing deed Audit No. 4642, dated February 17, 1944, from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Clyde C. Beard and Ruby L. Beard, husband and wife, conveying Lot 21, Block 4, Tract No. 1867, Yermo, California, subject to: General and special taxes for fiscal year 1943-1944, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo. coal, oil and other mineral rights; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable con­sideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
