On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing agreement, NLD 1720, dated October 21, 1946, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 2,000 ft. of 6" cast iron water mains to serve Block 15 and a portion of Block 14 of Fourteenth Street City Addition and Block 4, Mayfair Tract No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $2,000, plus actual co3t of premium on Surety Bond and premium on Public Liability Insurance provided for in said agreement; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing L.S. Deed Audit No, 4860, dated November 9, 1946, conveying to James P. Lemon Lot 3, Block 2, Tract 1867, Yermo, California; subject to; 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1946-1947, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; consideration $>10,00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. * - 2 -
