A* There has been a shortage coning on for the last four or five years, last year we ran into a shortage and It was necessary to put restrictions on the use of water. The eon- plaints last year weren’t as numerous as they have been this year. This year, we put on restrictions again, and the eon- plaints this year have been so many that it’s Just been a con­stant worry for the City Commission and all the members and all the City employees. There have been tines, at cur regular meet­ings here,when this room was so full that we couldn’t handle the people protesting the water shortage, and they were standing out there in the ante-room.
