A* There has been a shortage coning on for the last four or five years, last year we ran into a shortage and It was necessary to put restrictions on the use of water. The eon- plaints last year weren’t as numerous as they have been this year. This year, we put on restrictions again, and the eon- plaints this year have been so many that it’s Just been a constant worry for the City Commission and all the members and all the City employees. There have been tines, at cur regular meetings here,when this room was so full that we couldn’t handle the people protesting the water shortage, and they were standing out there in the ante-room.
