Dear Sir:Your letter of Feb. 2nd, file 516-D, regarding right-of-way through land of Guiseppe Delmue near Calientes, is received. I amnow advised by Mr. Clark that on account of the working out of the mines at Pioche it is doubtful whether the Pioche branch will be constructed, at least for some time to come, and he advises that no further money be spent in obtaining right-of-way for this prospective branch.Yours respectfully,H.
