LOVE, widow, whose address is -1920 Fremont Street, Las Yegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of a parcel of land known as the Lawrence Love Tract, Las Yegas, Nevada, as recorded in Book 3a Page 9> of Clark County Records, and WHEREAS, the Subdxvxder has made application for water service to serve said tract and has contracted for the installation of water mains and pipe line, and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said homes with ?water; A G R E E M E N T ARTICLE I.
